Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 11, 2026
Who controls your data
Guangzhou I-Pack Auto Parts Co., Limited operates this website. Privacy requests can be sent to lynda.yang@ipackauto.com.
Data we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, business contact details, company, country, vehicle and part requirements, OE number, quantity, message, submitted images, source page and campaign parameters. We also create a one-way request fingerprint for spam and duplicate prevention; we do not store the raw IP address in the inquiry record.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer quotation and fitment requests, provide requested B2B services, prevent abuse, maintain transaction records and improve inquiry handling. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and international transfers
Authorized hosting, database, form-delivery and communication providers may process data for us. Data may be processed outside your country with reasonable contractual and technical safeguards.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are scheduled for review or deletion after 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active business relationship, legal obligation or dispute. Access is role-restricted and protected through authenticated systems and database security policies.
Your rights
Depending on your location, including the EEA, UK or California, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or information about processing, and may object or withdraw consent where applicable. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential browser storage for the inquiry list. Where analytics is active, Google Analytics may process page paths, device and general interaction information plus non-personal events such as product search, adding an item to the inquiry list, an RFQ submission attempt, or clicking WhatsApp or email. We do not send inquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, OE details or uploaded files to analytics. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization stay disabled at all times, and IP addresses are anonymized.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for permission before any analytics cookie is set, and analytics stays off unless it is accepted. In other regions analytics is enabled by default, and you can switch it off at any time with the control below. Your choice is stored only in your own browser.
